Alexandra was an amazing realtor who took her time to really explain to my fiance and I exactly what we were getting into at each step of the process. I am so happy with her service and thankful she was there everystep of the way and was so patient with us. We had no idea what we were getting into or what the process would look like but she helped us figure it all out from the first step to closing. She showed us all kinds of properties helping us to figure out what we were looking for and was so kind to our parents who wanted to be part of the process too. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, down to earth realtor, who has your best interest in mind. She is super friendly and we got along great as well which made the process fun and exciting it was kind of like hanging out with a friend each time we met up. She has all kinds of great resources for us as well which helped a lot.

To many Alexandra Hogan is a Real Estate Agent, although to me she is a personal friend, a mentor and someone who is readily available when you need her, not only as a real estate agent but as a friend. She is a woman of many talents, works hard to support her community, she makes people want to get involved. Alex is a family person and has strong values and beliefs, but overall, she is human and gets to know your likes and dislikes. She is truly one of a kind, and I am blessed to call her my friend. Simple terms, I would 100% recommend Alex and Iron Gate as home buying in the current market was extremely competitive and we saw numerous houses we loved and then they would be gone, but she never let that get us down, she would simply say there are more houses out there, we just have to find "yours". That kept me from being discouraged, because as our journey finally came to an end, she showed us our 4 ever home, not once but twice in the same day, and then one more time before our final walk thru. She stuck by us thru this journey, never giving up on our indecisiveness! That is no small feat when you are working with individuals. I have a new respect for realtors thank to Alex, because she truly made me understand the term she uses, "I GOTCHU"! Thanks again Alexandra Hogan! You are the best! Thank you to Iron Gate Realty! Alexandra was the best to work with. I could really tell she was there for me and her top priority was catering to my needs, and fighting for the things that were important to me and my future (now current) home. She was able to answer most of my questions herself, or find the answers for me to help the process move along smoothly and quickly. If I do any real estate business in the future, I will definitely be getting in touch with Alexandra to help me out again. I could not have made it through this process without her!
