Working with Daryl was great. Most realtors can rattle off details about a property, and most can suggest all kinds of cosmetics things you could do with a home, but I don't need that. Daryl brought a lot of practical knowledge about homes, and what kind of shape they were really in, which is what I really needed and valued. He's also friendly and takes things very much in stride, but will also negotiate skillfully on your behalf. Saved us a lot of money in various aspects of the process, so I was very happy. Daryl conducted thorough research that helped us choose the right listing price. Our home sold on the first day. Daryl has great negotiating skills that allowed us to continue on to Arizona without any returning trips to St. Louis to solve problems. He's the best.
