Claire helped us both buy a new house and sell our old house! She and her colleagues came and assessed our old home before listing it. They gave us several suggestions to help market our home. Claire has many personal contacts with whom we used to redo our bathtubs, paint and clean our home. We found all the people she recommended to be professional and well priced. We listed right as the holiday season began. Our house sold quickly and we got more than we expected for it all do to the marketing designed and carried out by Claire. She provides ongoing detailed information and is always available via phone or e-mail. We were very impressed by the timelines provided as to when each step of the process would take place. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a home. She is fun to work with and is an amazing person. Claire is a beautiful person inside and out and we are lucky to now call her a friend.
