Jennifer did an amazing job. After taking her advice I had multiple interested parties before the house even hit the market, and multiple offers just a few days after. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and really gave everything she had to work with me and deal with my timeline. A family member recommended that I get a second opinion from Jennifer after having consulted briefly with another realtor, and I'm so glad I did.

We are blessed to have chosen Jennifer Stoker as our realtor. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, helpful, and a great negotiator. Jennifer is also patient and forgiving. Selling a house is stressful - there are so many things to work through, take care of, and communication is vital. Jennifer Stoker is a very knowledgeable real estate expert. We would highly recommend her. She pointed out features, details and areas to check that we would not have noticed. We were not from the Fulton area and she answered all our questions about the neighborhood, and the surrounding area. She knew where the nearest grocery store was located, how close the house was to a hospital and had information on local activities. She contacted the homeowner and got utility bills for us, details on energy efficient details on the house and promptly emailed that information to us. She was on time when we viewed the home. You could not ask for a better real estate agent.

Jennifer Stoker did a great job with the purchase of our new home. We had been struggling with finding an agent in the area that we felt we could trust and that understood what we were looking for but after one conversation on the phone with Jennifer, we knew she was it! She was very understanding to our needs and flexible on time during the sale process. She even made herself available during move in day to make sure everything went smoothly. She has followed up with us since the purchase of our home to ensure we are still happy.

Buying a home had always seemed like a daunting task. Endless piles of paper work, tough negotiations, legal and financial gotchas, etc. I was stressed beyond belief as I kicked off the process. Fortunately, every burden I had feared was alleviated through my choice of buyer's agent. Jennifer removed all of the chaos and confusion surrounding home buying. At all times I felt well-informed and confident in my decisions. Jennifer was great helping my wife and I, answered everything quickly and if she wasn't 100% she found out and gave us the answer. We looked at several homes over the course of 7 months never steered us wrong or pushed any of them, but would let us know if there was an offer on any home we was potentially interested in. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling she has a tremendous knowledge of the entire process and once we found our home it was quick and painless. She will definitely be out agent again when we sell and buy another home.
