The Compass Team was super helpful through the selling and buying process. The process could have been a disaster, however, they managed both sides very efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Drew Sells from Iron Gate Real Estate. As a first-time buyer, I was overwhelmed with where to start in the home-buying process, but Drew was always available if I had any questions, concerns, or wanted to go to an open house/showing. He was easy to communicate with and made the process easier than I could’ve imagined. Drew helped me find my new home before it had even hit the market! I’m so happy I was referred to Drew and his team to help us buy our first home! As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns for which Drew was always available and happy to help. In the midst of a competitive market and the stresses of finding the right home, there were times I was beginning to lose hope.
