My husband and I had a great experience working with Morgan! We had a decent idea of what we were looking for, and Morgan did a great job of finding us some options within our budget and that met our requirements while also helping us look at alternatives. The whole transaction went really smoothly, and he did a great job helping us negotiate a good price with help on our closing costs and a great home warranty. So happy and we always recommend him!

We couldn't have picked a better agent! Morgan helped us find the prefect new house for us. He was also very knowledgable on grants and opportunities that were possible for us as first time homeowners. When visiting properties he was very flexible with his schedule. He was also very knowledgeable on the few fixes needing to be done. His negotiating skills and experience of the home buying process was beyond what was expected. To top it all off Morgan was enthusiastic and very friendly through the whole experience. I can say that I now have a friend in the real estate business!
